Thoughts on the sad reality that the Mirror SSL and Rack Doesn’t work in 100% of system configurations and I can’t predict when; but also why I think it’s worth the $10 to Hexler.

My great sadness is the template I made to Mirror Reason’s SSL and Rack is too complex for some processors. I don’t have another explanation because the “Big Transport” which is muchy simpler has worked for 100% of users.

This is really why I think the $10 is still worth it. I use the Big transport all of the time to control the transport using my phone when I use Resaon and Don’t have Mirror connected and I think it’s a huge workflow aid.

Back to Mirror SSL and Rack, The strange thing is that there doesn’t seem to be a consistency to which devices will and won’t work which is more frustrating to me because I can’t even produce a list so that people can see. My mom has a brand new iPad that it doesn’t work on and my older iPad does. All I can say is it’s not consistent. As well some users have reported it not working and then they try it again and it does which makes me wonder if it’s a network issue and at the end of the day I couldn’t answer the questions.
But, I think it’s JDQ Mirror is amazing and I wished it worked in all cases. I hope it does for you! I put so much work into it and it was all really because I wanted this for myself! My fingers are crossed for you and hopefully you find use for the Big Transport if you choose to try it and it doesn’t like your system.
